Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AQWPPX: Bleach sanitizer solution at 100ppm available for use. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in solution when not in use. Some food containers stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Ensure all food is stored at least 6" off the floor. Raw potentially hazardous foods stored below ready to eat foods/vegetables. Exhaust canopy cleaned. Kenmore freezer was defrosted but again building up with ice. Operator to replace freezer. Continue discarding all unnecessary items.
