Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cutting boards and knives are not being sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): All food contact surfaces must be sanitized with an approved sanitizer (for example 100ppm bleach which is made by mixing 2mL bleach with 1L water). Dishwashing sign provided.

Observation: Some mouse droppings observed under displays of fruit and vegetables. Though amount has significantly decreased since last inspection.
Hole where mice are getting into unit found where the wall neighboring Meridian Meats meets the floor, between front window and wall for cashier area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean under all of the display areas, removing all droppings and sanitize with an approved sanitizer.
Plug hole with something that is durable and pest resistant (ex lots of steel wool secured into wall so mice dont pull it out).
