Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CLPVJG. All violations in report#JCHY-CLPVJG have been corrected: -Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. -Underneath ice machine observed to be sanitary condition. -Soap and paper towel dispenser observed to be installed at the handwashing sink next to the fountain drink machine. -Valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification of staff present. Ensure at least one staff at all times must have valid FOODSAFE LEvel 1 certification able to present to inspector upon request for validation.
