Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of undercounter and stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Chest freezer at -23C
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date.
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS solution recorded in sanitizer pail.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 74C on plate level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink present.
- Food products were stored at least 6inches off the floor in shelving units.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp October 21, 2023)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Staff stated that Pest control company conducts routine checks.
