Follow up inspection to report #257169. -Code 301 - meat slicer cleaned and sanitized. Staff reviewed cleaning procedures. -Code 305 - Bar/Main kitchen dish washing area cleaned, no more pooling water. General sanitation improved. *Gap on back door has been fixed. -Wiping clothes stored in sanitizer solution. -Hand sinks free of obstructions. -Food Safety update hand out provided for proper storage of in use utensils.
