Operator mentioned that a plumber is scheduled to come in today. Correction: Repair hand sink immediately to ensure staff is able to wash their hands properly to prevent foodborne illness. Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - General sanitation of premises is satisfactory - Hand sink in main kitchen area has been repaired. Faucet has been replaced. Handwashing station is adequately supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. - Hand sink in front service area is supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. No signature due to COVID-19 pandemic. Inspection report will be emailed to the operator. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
