- 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution available.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 78.1 deg C at dish surface; Minimum Wash and Final Rinse Temperatures achieved.
**Reviewed with staff how to check and verify that dishwasher is operating properly before using. It is highly recommended that premises maintain temperature records for the dishwasher.
