Observation: Handwashing station in staff washroom in the kitchen is blocked with a stack of buckets.
Corrective Action(s): Please remove buckets so that the handwashing station is accessible. This washroom also needs cleaning.

Observation: 1) Opened can of corn being stored in the cooler. 2) Raw duck was stored on top of an open pot of red bean soup. 3) Frozen spring rolls were stored in grocery bags directly.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Always transfer leftover food from can to food grade containers. 2) Store raw meat on the bottom shelf beneath ready to eat food. Cover all food when not in use. 3) Store food in food grade bags/container, not grocery bags directly.

Observation: Food debris found under soup/rice station corner, grease build up under deep fryer/cooking station and water spill in walk-in cooler. Food debris also collected in sliding door of standup cooler and between freezers downstairs.
Corrective Action(s): Please remove all food debris and grease and conduct a deep clean by follow up inspection.
