Routine inspection conducted with 3 staff in the food facility.

- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand wash stations in the kitchen and rest rooms fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towels.
-Walk-in cooler at 3C. Prep coolers' temperature for pizza and indian food were satisfactory.
-Chest freezer unit at -19C
-No hot holding at time of inspection.
-100 ppm chlorine residual sanitizing pail available for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
-3-compartment sink available with plugs for manual cleaning wares.
- Can opener, knives and Cutting boards maintained in good sanitary condition.
-Shelving generally well maintained
-Vent hood and filters recently cleaned by professional company. The next service will be in April 2023.
-Most toppings stored in containers with lids.
-Chemicals stored separately form food preparation area.
-Mop sink well maintained. Mop bucket stationed inside mop sink.
-No evidence of recent rodent pest activity at time of inspection.
-Operator on duty holding valid FoodSafe 1 certificate.

Note: (1) keep all food containers off floor on the racks, and properly covered inside the coolers.
(2) clean the floor in the onion prep area. Food debris built up is a good source of small flies.
(3) clean the fan guards in the walk in cooler. Built up dust may contaminate foods.
