- General sanitation is good.
- Wine production area separated from customer wine making area.
- Handsinks at the front bottling area/ customers' wine making area, wine production area and washrooms supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels.
- Dishwasher or bottler washer - satisfactory.
Note: Washer for carboys uses sani brew (chlorinated trisodium phosphate), concentration of chlorine residual was measured at 50ppm during wash cycle. Any wine making carboys/growlers are rinsed with potassium metabisulphate.
- Sanitizer spray bottles measured 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- All equipment is maintained in clean and sanitary conditions, storage is well organized.
- Two compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitizing of large growlers.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
