Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Clean trays for serving food are stored behind faucet under the liquid soap dispenser. Trays can be easily contaminated when reaching for liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): - Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes that are stored behind the faucet at front prep area.
- Do not store any trays or other utensils behind the handsink faucet below liquid handsoap dispenser

- All cooler - prep cooler, drinks cooler and walk-in cooler are less than or equal to 4C
- Chest freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding units are greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottles and at three compartment sink dispenser measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
