Observation: Top portion of display cooler is at 8 degC. This was coded during the last inspection as well. Base of cooler's at 2 degC. It's the same system. There are gaps along the sides of the display case where the cold air can escape from.
Corrective Action(s): Seal the gaps to see if that helps with temperature control. Move PHF's like sandwiches at the bottom and keep brownies and cakes at the top portion. Adjust the thermomstat to decrease the temperature of the cooler by a few degrees.
