- Routine inspection conducted due to ownership change: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -20C or colder; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot + cold water. - General sanitation level good. No signs of pests. - A few expired perishable items found (boiled eggs) during inspection. These were removed from sale. Ensure staff check daily for expiration dates. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves. - Non-foods stored away/separately from food. - Approval to operate granted.
