As previously discussed, cooling procedures limited to sliced beef and chicken. Other food items are to be purchased precooked or cooked onsite once and hot held as needed.

Observation: grease build up around sides of cooking woks at front counter
debris collecting in hard to reach areas under sinks and inside control panel of dishwasher (cockroach activity noted inside dishwasher control panel.
