Corrective Action(s): Operator sent staff out to buy bleach at the time of inspection. Inspector will return in the afternoon to verify sanitizer.

Observation: There is build up of grease on the floors, ventilation hood, cooler handles and seals, rice cooker, faucets, and hard to reach areas.
Corrective Action(s): Facility must be thoroughly degreased and deep cleaned to maintain sanitation. Ensure 200 ppm chlorine residual solution is used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Date to be corrected by: April 3, 2023

Routine inspection conducted. Facility is planning to expand into the next door unit and has hired a professional engineering company to make floor plans. No application has been submitted to FHA yet.
Ensure you submit your plans for approval prior to starting renovations.

Temperatures:
Coolers are maintaining 4C.
Freezers are maintaining -18C.
Rice hot holding is at 63C.

Secondary cook step is on the grill.

NOTE: Temperature logs are not being maintained. Ensure you check and document temperatures of all cooling units.

Sanitation:
Handwashing sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
