- undercounter cooler serviced. Temperature noted at 1.2 Degrees Celsius - Operator still waiting for a technician form ZAP to fix QUATS sanitizer dispenser. Bubble still noted in the tube, QUATS concentration noted at 100 ppm. Operator unplugged the tube, drained, then re-connected. QUATS sanitizer concentration noted at > 400 ppm. This same problem was discussed between the operator and a technician from ZAP. ZAP technician was called last week, operator is expecting a service within next few days.
