Premises does not do any hot holding. All foods made per order. Premises is a cafe, menu items include drinks, sandwiches, salads, paninis and baked goods. Premises also makes their own gelato.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.

Meat slicer was just used at time of inspection. Staff member said meats are sliced as needed throughout the day. Ensure meat slicer is taken apart and all parts and cleaned/sanitized minimum once ever 4 hours.
Premises makes gelato on site. Small amounts made for on site service only. Pasteurized milk used as ingredient, no eggs. Premises has been permitted to operate without a dipper well in the past. Several scoops available. Staff member said scoops are put thorough dishwasher after each use.
Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle 100ppm. Staff said that paper towel is typically used to wipe counters.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71⁰C (with thermolabel). |
