Comments

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on January 18, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-B8JVWS). The following was noted:

Shelves in back kitchen area have been cleaned, but there is still no shelf liner present. Operator states that this will be done next week
Owner has re-taken the full FoodSafe 1 course - good
Area around the cook line is in improved sanitary condition
Flour bin is now fitted with a proper lid - thank you
A new grill scraper has been obtained. Remember, do not use any scrapers if they have bristles that begin to warp / deform. It is best to use one that does not have any bristles to avoid any possibility of physical contamination

The following require your attention:
Shelf liner to be installed next week as discussed at time of inspection. Alternatively, shelves can be re-painted
Several cloths were observed on the table without being immersed in any sanitizer. This was done at time of inspection - ensure that cloths are always in a sanitizer solution to ensure that pathogens are being actively disinfected
