Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations near dough mixer and at bars fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Walk-in cooler = 1.2 degrees Celsius.
Chest freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing dishes with 72.5 degrees Celsius at dish level for final rinse.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
Ice machine clean.
Kitchen staff wearing aprons, hairnets and gloves at the time of inspection.

Note: downstairs kitchen not open at the time of inspection. Upstairs kitchen used only.
