Routine inspection:

Roasting machine not in use. Roasting machine last utilized over a month ago. Most roasting is done at Winnipeg location.

Roasting room on 2nd floor provided with a 2 compartment sink. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Pest control services done weekly.
General sanitation is good.
Bins for holding roasting nuts are clean in place.

Packaging room below the roasting room receives roasted nuts by gravity feed.
2 compartment sink available for use with liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Clean in place for packaging equipment.
Bleach sanitizer solution to be prepared when premise is roasting and packaging nuts. General sanitizer formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Warehouse is clean and organized. All food products stored off the floor.
No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
Walk in cooler at 6-7 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored.
