A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CE2U23 and the following observation were made
- Boiler room kept in clean and sanitary manner, ensure boiler room is kept clean to facilitate in proper monitoring for signs of pest activity
- Under prep area, prep cooler, and under grill area observed to be free of food debris and grease build up
- Vents cleaned by professionals
- All violations resolved
- Ensure to maintain a Temperature log for all your coolers and fridges

NOTE: Under counter cooler at the front not being used at the time of inspection (20C)
