-All take out containers now discarded and new containers are purchased. -Thorough cleaning has been done and no more signs of pest observed -Profession pest control has came by and will continue to come regularly -Fly strips have been removed. -Ice scoop now stored outside of ice machine -Tempearture log for the display cooler has been started **Please log temperatures of all the coolers and freezers twice a day. **Reminder that screen door is to be install by Sept 27. Email EHO when complete. **Please submit floor plans to EHO before starting any renovations for health approval.
