The following corrective actions were taken to address violations noted in routine inspection: - Storage room has been re-organized to allow for adequate space for storage of food products - All food products are stored 6 inches off of the floor within designated food storage or food preparation areas - Floor area adjacent to cabinets has been cleaned to remove food debris - Boxes of paper products are now on shelving to ensure floor is kept clear to allow for cleaning and monitoring for any pest activity. **Paint or seal wood shelving so that it is smooth and washable**
