Observation: Pooling of water behind dishpit in dishwashing area. Food debris built-up underneath food prep table in back kitchen. Common touch surfaces such as handles have food debris built-up.

Corrective Action(s): Mop up the water behind dishpit area. Caulking required to prevent issue from re-occuring in dishpit area. Clean and remove built-up food debris in food prep table. Clean and sanitize common touch surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Household refrigerator not maintaining temperature of 4 degrees C or less. Some potentially hazardous food item were being stored at the time of inspection. Food items have been relocated to working refrigerator.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store potentially hazardous food items in this household refrigerator unless it can maintain required temperature. Look into replacing with a commercial refrigerator that can maintain temperature.
