Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted All cooler units at 4C or less and equipped with thermometers. Freezer unit at -18C. Hot holding of soup at least 60C. High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of at least 71C at plate level. High washing stations satisfactory. General sanitation was good and no pest activity noted. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered. Quats sanitizer available in food preparation and concentration was at 200ppm.
