Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tempura is being made at home and brought to restaurant to be reheated.
Corrective Action(s): All food must be made onsite. No food preparation is to be done at home. Purchase prebattered tempura items until a deep fryer can be installed in the kitchen.

Observation: Found foil paper lining walls, shelves, and pipes throughout kitchen. Soiled cardboard boxes being reused to hold food and containers. Grease soaked newspaper lining shelves.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use paper or cardboard to line shelves, walls, etc instead of cleaning areas, these can lead to pest infestations provided shelter and food sources. Must remove all foil paper, cardboard and newspaper must be removed from shelves, walls, and equipment. Increase cleaning of the areas in future.
