Observation: Inside of ice machine requires cleaning. Picture taken at this time.
Correction: Empty out the machine. Manually clean/scrub the surface and disinfect prior to refilling the machine. [CORRECT BY: FRIDAY, Aug 19, 2022]

Observation: Food contact surface sanitizer not available at the time of the inspection. Bleach available.
Correction: Ensure to have 200ppm chlorine solution available for use at all times. Have all food contact surfaces sanitized prior to initiating food prep in the morning, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Handwash station available by the back prep area was missing liquid soap and paper towels and blocked by personal items (i.e. double stroller). Picture taken at this time.
Correction: Ensure to have the handwash station adequately supplied and easily accessible by staff at all times.

Follow-up inspection conducted:

- Ice machine cleaned. Scoop stored in a proper manner.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- Prep counter and back storage area decluttered and cleaned.
- Handwash station adequately supplied and in use by staff.

Ensure to maintain the facility at this safe and sanitary level at all times.
