-All handsinks equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel.
-Knives observed to be stored in a sanitary condition.
-QUATS sanitizer bucket observed to be available in the front area with the wiping cloth submerged. Concentration measured to be 200ppm.
-Food debris under the sandwich prep cooler observed to be removed and premises observed to be in sanitary condition.
