Significant improvements made over last inspection though layout still not ideal. Current layout approved however should issues arise during operation that demonstrate improvements are needed (ex. staff not washing hands when needed). Structural improvements may be required at a future date to mitigate food safety hazards *Updated floor plans reflecting current layout (including 3-comp sink in back with are compartment dedicated to handwashing) are required. * Updated application form reflecting the current number of seats (over 100) plus the difference in fees of $100 for the change from <50 seats to >50 seats * Additional shelving above food prep area along wall with dishwasher still hasn't been installed * Permanent glass barrier along drinks prep area still needs to be installed * Dishwasher was not able to reach 71C at the dish level - have this adjusted/repaired so that it can consistently met this General observations: Coolers <4C, Freezers <-18C with thermometers present Hand wash stations fully stocked Quats sanitizer present at 200ppm with test strips General sanitation is good Updated menu, food safety and sanitation plans received Wooden back splash behind menu as sealed as previously required Mop sink rotated and barrier installed No signs of pests noted
