Follow-up inspection conducted:

CODE 306 corrected. Floor underneath/behind and sides of stoves cleaned. Operator had advised the area would be cleaned weekly from now on. OK.

As discussed at this time cleaning on a regular basis is much easier to maintain the facility at sanitary condition than leaving till the last minute for a major cleaning.
