Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers (walk-in cooler, sandwich cooler, etc.) measured at 4C and below. Freezer measured at -18C. Hot held items measured at 60C and higher. General sanitation is adequate. QUATS measured at 200 ppm at the dispenser and sanitizer pails. Ice water used to store in-use utensils. Water changed every 1-2 hours. Drink fountain in sanitary condition. No sign of recent pest activity cited at this time. Routine pest control in place. 3 compartment sinks in use for manual dishwashing. *Dishwasher not in service. A sign is posted on the unit as per last inspection's request. ** Signature was not collected due to COVID 19.
