Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employees said they are using a multipurpose cleaner for cleaning food contact surfaces in the kitchen 200-400ppm Quat sanitizer or 100-200ppm chlorine (bleach) sanitizer must be used to adequately clean food contact surfaces.
Prepare 200-400ppm Quat santizer as per the manufacturers recommendations.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice machine had presence of black mold. The mold may contact the ice which can then be served to the customers.
Remove all theice, clean the mold, sanitize the ice machine, then you may start using it again.
