Dishwasher has been repaired. Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of 50 ppm Chlorine rinse at the dish.
Two sink plugs are onsite and in use in three compartment sink. Third compartment of three compartment sink has 200ppm Chlorine set up in last compartment

NOTE: test dishwasher daily. Ensure 200ppm Chlorine for sanitizing counters and food contact surfaces is made and available for use daily.
