Observation: -the food premise is filthy
-spilled rotting food, garbage, human hair etc accumulating under the chicken room hand sink
-grease coating every surface including the interior of the coolers
- grease coagulating on the air conditioner vents, grease dripping on to the floor
-massive grease accumulations on the chicken fryers and exhaust hood
-exhaust hood decal expired 2020
-grease pooling under the fryers
-spilled rotting foods, garbage, slurpee cups accumulating under the front counter shelves and coolers
-dust accumulations on storage racks
Corrective Action(s): -clean the entire food premise to remove debris
-service the exhaust hood and provide a valid decal
