Follow-up inspection to JMAA-BBBQAX: - Restoration company was on site. - Cardboard boxes and food stored in permeable packages were discard at the time of inspection. - Missing ceiling tiles at the time of inspection. Operator stated the tiles are being replaced. - Kitchen area required organization. - Bowls for dough mixers, pizza pans and food contact surfaces required to be cleaned and sanitized. - Contact the district Environmental Health Officer for reopening once all the required actions are corrected.
