Met with owner and he is in the process of cleaning up the shelving and reach out coolers at the time of inspection. Just ensure to keep the scoops in the bulk/self serving area outside and clean the bins weekly as we discussed before. Pest control on site - "orkane" is providing services monthly Suggestion: install the screen doors in the receiving area Walk in cooler below 4C and freezer at -18C Please ensure to have accurate thermometers.
