Comments

Follow up inspection:
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket near the front and back food prep. areas.
-It was discussed that the chlorine sanitizer (bleach water) and wiping cloth should be changed frequently throughout the day (e.g. morning time, afternoon, and evening time) to maintain 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
-Aluminum foil was removed from the shelving units in the back area and replaced with washable shelf liner.
-Please remove the aluminum foil from the upright cooler as it is not a durable and easy to clean material but rather is intended for single-use only.
-The floor to wall junctions still require to be sealed with durable, easy to clean, smooth, impermeable to moisture, and non-toxic materials (e.g. baseboards) instead of the current foam material which is accumulating debris; Correct within 5 months.
Please contact the district EHO of Fraser Health if you have any questions.
