Observation: Inadequate ware washing. Facility is not routinely testing chlorine concentration of dishwasher and as a result the sanitizer has run out without the item being replaced. No back up container of sanitizer available for use on site.

All dishware is to be run through the dishwasher to ensure final sanitizing is achieved.

CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED - Sanitizer solution purchased for dishwasher and achieving final sanitizing rinse of 50ppm Chlorine at the plate. Facility actively washing dishes through dishwasher upon arrival of EHO. Continue to sanitize remaining dishes through the dishwasher

Areas affected by rodent droppings have been cleaned. Ensure daily cleaning and sanitizing. Ensure all holes have been repaired.

Going forward please ensure dishwasher is tested daily to ensure dishwasher is achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater or equal to 50ppm Chlorine at the plate.
