Follow up inspection conducted to verify violations noted at routine inspection have been addressed. - Floor under plumbing for combi oven has been cleaned and shelving in this area has been repaired so that surfaces are smooth and washable. - Leak from pipe from combi oven has been repaired. - Floor under 3 door freezer has been cleaned. Ensure this area is cleaned as part of your regular cleaning schedule. Note: Signature of recipient not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols. Observations of inspection were reviewed with Assistant Store Manager and a copy of the report provided.
