- Hand washing stations (by pizza oven and at 2-compartment sink) fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers (walk-in, prep/make-line cooler, beverages) maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius.
Hot holding for pizza slices maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
- Coolers and hot holding unit equipped with thermometers.
- Concentration of bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- 2-compartment sink used for manual warewashing.
- All foods stored at least 6 inches (15 cm off the floor).
- Staff washroom hand sink fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Premises well lit.
