Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer dispenser was not working properly. Unable to dispense sanitizer, sanitizer was also not properly dilluted as per manufacturer instructions.

Corrective actions: contact service company to request proper set up of sanitizer dispenser. Product requires dillution. Reviewed how to set up sanitizer solution in 2 compartment sink for the meantime until service. (1/2 oz. quats, 3/4 filled water)

Chest freezers maintained at -18 deg C or colder.
Handsink and washroom sink supplied with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels.
No incompatible storage of foods with other business items.
Temperature logs maintained
No signs of pests at time of inspection.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
