Soup kitchen operates every Tuesday.
Foods are kept hot until service.
Leftovers are frozen and ice wands are used for cooling.
2 door cooler at 4 C or below.
2 door freezer at -18 C.
Surface sanitizer available - ensure you only use 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water.
High temperature achieved 160 F (71 C) on the plate surface during the final rinse after a few runs. Please ensure dishwasher reaches 160 F on the plate surface each time.
(Note: For this specific dishwasher, the gauge on the dishwasher needs to reach 186 F before it hits 160 F on the plate surface).
