Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One hand wash station in the older side of the main production area lacked paper towel but was restocked during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash stations are stocked at all times.

Observation: Epoxy flooring in older side of production area has several significant areas that are chipping up. This has been identified in previous inspections and the size of the areas that are chipping up have significantly worsened since precious inspections.
Corrective Action(s): Staff stated that repairing this is being discussed at the management level however no time line has been provided.
Have these areas repaired or flooring replaced to prevent accumulation of food debris and/or harborage of pests.

Note: Staff use sticker style disposable thermometers to measure the high temperature dishwasher and have been using 68C as a minimum standard for the sanitize cycle and provided supporting documentation for this via email to EHO. EHO to review this and provide feedback.

General observations:
√ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezer ≤ -18°C
√ Good food storage practices noted
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ All other hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm in buckets
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Test strips present for monitoring sanitizer levels
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
√ Temperature logs maintained and no issues with equipment have been noted
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection
