Follow-up inspection to RPT # JMAA-AWD3HZ. - Plumber has serviced the floor drains and a report was sent to the inspector on the evening of Feb 26. - No evidence of sewage backflow observed in floor drain area - Area around drain was been appropriately cleaned and sanitized - Please contact the health inspector immediately if further issues arise Other comments: - Potwasher achieves a final rinse temperature of 74.4C at the plate (min: 71C) - Dishwasher logs have not been filled out for this week. Ensure that the potwasher temperature is routinely monitored as per your sanitation plan
