Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front display cooler operating at 14C
Corrective Action(s): Sausage rolls to be discarded - probed at 14C. Samosas were recently placed into cooler and were re-located to another cooler. Other items in cooler are shelf stable products and may be kept in display cooler.

Do not place any potentially hazardous foods (i.e. samosas, sausage rolls, products with cream cheese icing, etc.) until the cooler is able to maintain foods at 4C or below.

Ensure all bulk bins are pest proof and have tight fitting lids - several bins left open, open bags of dry goods left open and several metal bins are missing lids
One table's surface is barewood and is currently covered in cardboard - remove cardboard and seal this wood surface.
