Overall sanitation has improved, including specific areas noted on last report. Continue to ensure that floors, walls, shelves, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis to limit accumulation of debris.
New shelving has been installed in the two-door glass upright cooler (coated metal wire racks). Food was observed to be covered and was not stored in opened metal cans.
Food items not observed in staff washroom.
Bar glass washer had a rinse residual of 50 to 100 ppm chlorine (hypochlorite) at the utensil surface.
Bleach water sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine (hypochlorite).
The following remains outstanding:
Operator to successfully complete FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent. Provide a copy of the certificate (temporary certificate OK) to the Environmental Health Officer (EHO) upon completion. Refer to last routine health inspection report for details and timeframe for completion. Contact the EHO if you have any questions.
Installation of a small shelf near the hand sink, which is located on left side of cook line, on or before November 23, 2022 (if unable to find an alternative suitable location for the small printer). Reminder to ensure that the shelf is made of a material that is smooth, non-porous, easy-to-clean, and suitable for the intended purpose. Contact the EHO once the shelf has been installed. |
