The following items have been observed: -->No potentially hazardous foods noted at room temperature. -->A new 2-door undercounter cooler has been added at cooking line. -->Temperature of new 2-door cooler is measured to be oC. -->Operator has removed extra large pots from facility. The current largest pot in facility is able to fit in dishwasher, as shown at visit. -->Handsinks are all accessible. -->Areas required cleaning are mostly done. -->Operator has added new tiles under cooking line for easier cleaning in the future. *No signature is required at this time.
