Routine inspection conducted.

- Temperature of all refrigeration units met the health requirement.
Cooler in the kitchen recorded at 3C
Chest freezer downstairs at -26C
Stand up freezers (x2) at -18C and -19C
- No hot holding was observed at the time of inspection.
- Handwash sink had supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 75.6C on plate level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment prep sink and dishwashing sink available.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in the sanitizer spray bottle.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- Dry storage rooms (both upstairs & downstairs) were well organized.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Permit was posted in the kitchen.

Note - Operator is planning to replace the old chest freezer with two new chest freezers to be stored downstairs. Please notify your district EHO when new freezers are in place.
