Measured at 100ppm chlorine using test strips. -Cleaning has been done underneath cooking units - some debris still noted. *NOTE: Ensure this area is cleaned regularly as part of your Sanitation Plan. -Cooked rice stored inside rice cookers - measured at 70C. -No signature obtained due to COVID-19 protocols.
