Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUAT sanitizer measured 50ppm on the test strip for buckets at the bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Checked QUAT sanitizer at the dispenser, measured 200ppm. Instructed staff to refresh sanitizer.
Starbucks time stamps their sanitizer for 2 hours. However, once sanitizer is murky it must be refreshed.

- QUAT sanitizer at dispenser dispensing 200ppm
- Three compartment sink for manual dishwashing
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse measured 80C at plate level
- Ice machine is clean and well maintained
- No signs of pests, most recent pest control report noted no pest activity
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE equivalent
- Temperature is log is maintained.
