Corrective Action(s): Checked QUAT sanitizer at the dispenser, measured 200ppm. Instructed staff to refresh sanitizer. Starbucks time stamps their sanitizer for 2 hours. However, once sanitizer is murky it must be refreshed. Violation Score: 15
